Manager is the nicest person ever! Love this gym so much I just had to switch my membership from a different gym right away after being here for only 3 days because of how much I loved it. Staff is super nice as well.

Nathan was friendly and helpful when checking my brother and I into the gym. The facilities were clean and the amount of equipment was top notch. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants options when going to lift.

I came into Crunch Fitness today to speak with the manager, Nate, regarding being DOUBLE and even QUADRUPLE charged on my account dating all the way back to February totaling to almost $400 in just 4 months. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, the FIRST thing out of his mouth was “Why didn’t you come in sooner and get this handled? I think it’s ridiculous.” Excuse me? What’s ridiculous is being repeatedly overcharged for months because your gym somehow managed to create a duplicate account under a different name that was still linked to me. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service was honestly shocking. Not once did Nate show empathy or take ownership of the situation. I was treated like I was the inconvenience for wanting MY money back after THEIR billing error. If you’re going to manage a business, maybe learn how to speak to customers without being condescending and dismissive. Between the billing incompetence and rude management, I will absolutely be canceling my membership. There are plenty of gyms that can manage basic billing without acting like customers are the problem. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I’m in love with this hydro massage bed and women sauna room! Highly suggest those two for recovery, they got tanning beds too depending on your membership 🥰🥰🥰 also, I liked getting a tour by Ethan! He was great!

I visited Crunch and experienced several issues during my visit. The gym did not open at the time listed on their posted schedule, which resulted in a significant number of members waiting outside for access. Additionally, I found the restroom facilities to be inadequately maintained and not up to acceptable cleanliness standards. I would encourage management to prioritize adherence to operating hours and improve their facility maintenance routines to better serve their members.
