Absolutely the WORST gym in Lexington. I have canceled my membership in person over 3 times and these greedy people are STILL charging my card! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM

SECOND UPDATE: STILL don't have our refund. Been waiting over a month. Club manager said we need to be more patient. UPDATE: Weeks later still do not have the almost $400 they double-billed my kid. Manager said "leave a Google review" if you don't like it. Do not do business with these folks. It's a private equity nightmare. They get your credit card and then just charge charge charge you fees and such and when you try to fix it or stop it no one knows how to or they won't answer the phone. Their corporate phone number is even a message saying "we don't answer this phone." Beware!!!!

Horrible business. Tried to cancel membership on the app. Won’t let me. Then call the customer service number and they say I have to do it on the internet still won’t let me sends me back to the app page where I don’t even have the option to cancel. Call back and speak with someone at the location after the automated system says someone at front desk can help me cancel they say I have to come in person to cancel. Funny thing is everyone can signup online but can’t cancel online. Just very convenient that a week ago I was gonna be able to cancel on the app, but since I’m gonna be charge tomorrow for another month now I can’t cancel.

They will continue to charge you after you cancel then make it impossible to get ahold of someone to help. The Ai on the phone is ridiculous

I would give this entire company a negative score, they screwed up and charged my 17 year old for two accounts and now owe him $250 for two weeks we have been told that it would be refunded. Still nothing called again today and was told there was no one higher up than the manager. He refused to give me his bosses email or phone number and said there was nothing he could do. This place is a joke stay far away.
