All over the time that I have been a member here they have continually improved their machines, the bathrooms, however have gotten worse. They never steam clean or deep clean them or are clean or in good order. No matter the time of the day it's always a disgrace. Other than that the gym is great

Will not stop double or triple charging me. Has been happening for two years despite 5 separate times I was told it would stop. Management is no help. Literally only option left is taking them to court in Small Claims, which I just filed to do. Wish me luck I guess.

The facility is ok, but I’m happy to be back at my old gym, LA Fitness, back in Ohio. More machine options and newer equipment. Disappointed that they wouldn’t honor my move to a state that they do not serve, by refunding me $90 in charges. I canceled my package due to there not being a facility in my state; and he refused to honor my request.

I am beyond frustrated with the management and billing at this location. What started as a simple membership downgrade turned into a 5-month saga of overcharges and clerical errors. First, they upgraded me by mistake instead of downgrading. Then, they charged me the $63.29 annual fee TWICE (once in January and again in March). I spent over a month calling every single week and even spoke to the manager, Josh, who failed to resolve the issue or issue the refund. I eventually had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Now, instead of fixing their mistake, they have flagged my account as "delinquent" and are threatening to revoke my membership for a fee I already paid in January. Every time I call, I get the runaround, being told to talk to the front desk, only to find the manager is "not available." Save yourself the headache and the double charges, their corporate and local management are completely unresponsive to their own mistakes.

I canceled my membership, but shortly after, I started getting charged again as if my account was still active. Because of that, I went in person to cancel it again, and that’s when I was told the manager would have to cancel it manually. That “manual cancellation” never happened. They kept charging me anyway, then had the nerve to call and email me saying I owed them money. I went back multiple times and no one could fix it. The manager is never there, never answers emails, and the front desk has no idea what’s going on. After I moved out of state, the calls and emails didn’t stop. I had to block payments through my bank just to make it end. Even after stopping the payments through my bank, I still haven’t received any response or resolution from them, and at this point I don’t know what other steps to take. This place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. They will keep charging you even after you cancel and then try to blame you for it.
