Orange Shoe is great because they customize workouts around my personal goals and needs. The trainers are amazing and really notice and listen to ensure I'm getting the best experience and doing the moves safely and correctly. Sessions are challenging and never boring, but I also never feel like I'm being pushed too hard. They have helped me make a ton of progress over the years of working with them in becoming fitter and healthier.

Simply the best! I joined Orange Shoe wanting to focus on building strength and have big results. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, motivating and friendly. I was really bummed when I recently became injured, I thought I would have to take an extended break. But, their extensive experience and workout customization allowed me to continue my workout routine. Not my original intention in joining but definitely my reason to stay.
