Visited Crunch Reno while traveling. Kellen, who helped set me up with a short term pass was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and he remembered my name each time i visited. The facility is clean and the equipment is first-rate. I’d highly recommend the fitness classes, Kietty’s yoga class was great!
Crunch Fitness at Meadowood Mall has absolutely earned a spot in my daily routine. The facility is spotless, the layout makes every workout feel smooth and efficient, and the range of equipment is unreal. Everything is updated, well-maintained, and clearly chosen with serious fitness in mind. I want to give a special shout-out to Ty. His knowledge, guidance, and genuine care for helping people build healthier lifestyles is on a different level. He walked me through the newest equipment, answered every question like a true pro, and made getting started easier than I expected. Thanks to him, I walked out with a membership for just 11 cents and a place I can officially call my fitness home. The 24/7 access is the icing on the cake. Whether it’s early mornings or late nights, this gym has everything I need. Highly recommended for anyone who wants quality equipment, a positive environment, and staff who actually know what they’re doing.
The staff is very nice, we LOVE the pilates instructors. Only comment is on two of the younger guys. The skinny Asian boy and the curly light brown haired guy at the front. (The curly hair is a trainer I believe). They were both very nice to me and my friends when we’d come in, say hi, ask about our days, say very nice things, until I came in one day with my boyfriend. After that day their demeanors changed. They have been very rude ever since and it’s so unwelcoming whenever I or me/friends come in. We are considering cancelling our memberships because of how rude they are.
One of best Zumba Instructors who work on their Choreograph is Dora and Kim at Reno. To the owner I am Chair Pilates instructor at 3 Senior living places 5 times a week. I take care of 55 and older. I notice you you do have that age group for Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers or Chair Pilates. If you have these programs you would gain more customers. You may need chairs, and some equipment. I also in my classes I do Zumba and also in the chair. My Favorite member Dora Elizabeth Figueroa, Kim Coffey and best manager is Emma Sepulveda she keep the place spotless, weights are always in place she friendly she the best of all Gyms I go to. Love that it's open 24/7. I have been a Member for Crunch Fitness Reno for over 3 years and have met some really great people. The Basic Membership is a good Value. In the year I decided to upgrade to the Peak Results Membership. The Hiit Classes, Super Set Classes and Spin Classes definitely helped me get back to my mid 20s Shape. Also the Benefits of having Access to both Facilities with a Guest is a Value in itself. The Hydro Massage Beds are Amazing as well. I would like to acknowledge Clay , Kayle, Rob, Melissa , Emma, Tammy, Kaiyati, Nayomi, Kellen, Braden, Brooke, Chris,Ceinelia and Sonny for Providing exceptional Service with Kindness. With the help and support of all the members and staff I have been exceeding my Fitness Goals. Thank you 😊
