I enjoy and cherish every single visit I have with Crusade Specific Chiropractic. Dr. Crusade provides a relaxing environment for all her patients. I loved the processing rooms because this is the only time I got to relaxed. It has shifted my mindset to take care of myself better. Since I started care, I have more energy and one day my sister told me I was much happier now. My sister told me I am less focused on stress and learned to cope with stress better. I came to see Dr. C because I was experiencing back problems sitting for a long period of time and sciatica. After seeing Dr. C for 2 days, my sciatica was gone. It was unbelievable. My back pain is mild and not severe like before. I couldn't stand road trips longer than 1 hour. I am more relaxed now. Dr. C's care team are extremely professional and attentive. They all work so well and do a wonderful job taking care of me whenever I come in. I also have to give kudos to the Neurokinetic Therapist Michael. With the 1 session I had with him, I learned so much about why I was experiencing sciatica, back pain and why my feet were pointed out. Michael assured me with all my sessions with Dr. C my feet will point straight instead of outward. About 4 weeks into my sessions, I did noticed my feet and knees were straight instead of pointing outwards. I had to update Dr. C because that an incredible result. Michael studies your problem and personally sends you at home video exercises. I still have about 6 weeks of treatment and left a 4 star rating because I am not done with my treatment. Overall, I have always been confident with Dr. C. I believe in her to treat me and believe in myself I will heal.

I found myself at Crusade Chiropractic seeking care for a significant problem in my neck that was impinging my ability to turn my head left or right to look over my shoulder while driving. I am two and a half months in and am experiencing significant physical recovery for my overall health. I have utilized chiropractic care for over 40 years. Dr. Crusade uses a specific technique in her practice refered to as "Palmer Technique." This practice supports the whole body, physically and mentally and promotes life changes that provide a clear path to wellness. The office is professional and has a positive energy focused on one's highest good. I am making an investment on myself, and it is the best care I have received in a long time. This is a path for anyone seeking a long term recovery plan.

I’ve seen many chiropractors and specialists over the years trying to understand my condition, and Dr. Crusade (Dr. C) is the first who truly helped everything make sense. She listens intently, which is not something I find a lot of doctors do these days. She takes complex issues seriously and uses objective methods and data to understand what’s really going on, which has been incredibly validating. Her explanations actually align with what I experience. She practices the Palmer Upper Cervical method, which is gentle and something my body tolerates very well. I also appreciate the time she gives to rest and process each adjustment, as it makes a big difference. And the most compassionate being I know! What a combination! I travel a long distance to see her and have stayed consistent with the care plan because I know how much it’s helping and needed. She also provides excellent referrals when needed, including specialists like neurokinetic therapists, MFR, and other chiropractors, which have been invaluable for my healing. My whole family now sees her, and that’s how much we trust her care. We’re genuinely grateful that a friend told us about Dr C. Her team - especially Kay and Ileana - are knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and make every visit or request smooth. I cannot recommend them more highly! Amazing Dr. C and her team are truly the best!

Dr. Crusade's care is the best. I'm a runner and she's been able to empower me to stay healthy. She shows up with loving kindness and compassion to really understand. My results are excellent each time I visit. I've been treated by her for over 15years.
