Im so beyond happy with the services at Crystal Cove Spa. When arriving, they immediately welcomed me and brought me to the relaxing room that was filled with snacks and drinks. I had a consolation facial because it was my first ever facial. Rebecca was so welcoming, friendly my skin felt 10x better than when I got there. I am definitely coming back! Thank you!
I am ecstatic about Crystal Cove. I'm not much of a spa girl... like, rarely ever have I ever done more than get a pedicure. But I saw someone mentioning them on Facebook and how the facial they got was improving their skin. Due to hormone issues, I've got specific skin irritations... and after one facial, I saw notable improvements in my skin's texture and the amount of irritation I'm dealing with. I've now had three facials with Rebecca. Each time has been awesome, she adjusts what she's doing based on what she's seeing, and this business is so inclusive, I don't feel uncomfortable or out of place. I expect to make Crystal Cove a part of a monthly ritual going forward!
Hidden gem for sure! Check-in was quick and simple. I was provided some slippers and taken to the changing/relaxation room, where you can have some snacks and drinks while you get ready. Rebecca gave me an amazing body scrub! I enjoyed it very much and didn't want it to end. She's so sweet and fun to talk to. I can't wait to come back and soak in their giant tub :D
I can't tell you how happy I am that Crystal Cove Spa is in my community! I never thought there would be a place where I would feel comfortable getting a massage. The spa was clean and beautifully decorated. It was my first time getting a massage and Alicia was so amazing and sweet. She explained everything I needed to know about the experience and made me feel super comfortable. I will definitely be back!
I visited the spa for a hot stone massage with Alicia and immediately booked my second visit for a longer massage, nails, and other services. The salon is clean, friendly, and serene. You are provided with a meditation room to unwind prior to your service. It is calm, comfortable, and even provides a variety of snacks. As a larger person, it was such a treat to be provided with a robe and slippers that not only fit--it was roomy! IYKYK. The treatment room was clean and I peaked at the showers for the body scrubs--they are beautiful! Alicia, massage therapist, is fantastic! Friendly, talks you through any pain points, makes sure you are comfortable and then provides a fantastic massage. I highly recommend this salon. Priscilla and Rebecca have really created retreat from everyday life. I look forward to trying the other services.
