Very well curated store and excellent service. I ordered a pair of shoes and they were apparently damaged. Most stores would have probably just sent them. They made the effort to let me know and offer a discount.

I have been shopping at CUFFS for at least seven years, completely online! I live in New Jersey and stumbled upon this amazing boutique and have been SUCH a fan ever since! The customer service is amazing, responsive, and always so kind. The clothes are stunning, eclectic, and funky. I absolutely love this online boutique, And have told many of my friends on the East Coast about it as well, Including my daughter, who lives in New York City! Look forward to buying many more pieces for the fall and winter season.

I love the clothing in cuffs but it is not size inclusive at all. And the larger sizes always sell out really fast, making me wonder why they don't carry more sizes. 26" waist is not a large...

Cuffs is by far the best boutique on the grid. All the workers are attentive, super kind, and helpful. This is my go-to place if I know I want to find something. Prices are also more reasonable than most other similar boutique, plus better quality items. They have something for everyone - workwear, classy, sexy, trendy, quality wardrobe staples. We love u cuffs!!!

I have been a die-hard Cuffs fan for several years now and here’s why. 1. Almost every single one of the staple items in my closet are from Cuffs. They have beautiful taste in clothes ranging from classy, busy, versatile, sexy but tasteful items for everyone’s closet that can be styled with so many different pieces. Their clothes also fit me better than any other store I have tried. 2. They have impeccable customer service. When I was traveling overseas I was wearing one of my favorite shirts by them at a bonfire when a stray flame jumped up on my new favorite shirt and burnt a hole through it. I was devastated. I emailed them desperately as a long-time customer hoping they’d be willing to replace it and they did, no hesitation. I will never forget that. 3. They also have an active social media account where they post new pieces all the time to keep you in the loop of new drops. They also have a wonderful vintage sale they facilitate on Instagram where you can reply directly to the account to purchase. Easy as pie. And what’s more—they’ve contacted me directly if there’s ever been a problem or delay in my order. 3. I was born and raised in Sacramento and even though I don’t live there anymore, I make sure to make it in every time I come home and they never disappoint. It’s also lovely to be able to support them online. 4. All my photos are of different Cuffs pieces that have been there for me through concerts, events, lunch with friends, travels out of state and country, and even my engagements this year! If you go to Cuffs you will not be disappointed. You might even find yourself being a happily satisfied lifetime customer. 🩵 Thank you Cuffs!
