Culinary Art Catering was fantastic for our wedding. From the very beginning, the tasting at their office completely blew us away. It was by far the best tasting we attended out of four, in all terms: presentation, service, portion size, and overall flavor. We left thinking it was some of the best food we’ve had in general, not just for a wedding. Even if the wedding day food had been only a portion of that experience, we would have been thrilled. Working with their team was seamless; they were incredibly responsive and always open to our questions. We chose a plated dinner service with passed hors d’oeuvres, and our guests absolutely loved the arancini. The entrées were delicious, and the service on the day of the wedding was efficient, professional, and timely. We received so many compliments on the food and service.
We are so happy that we chose to work with Culinary Arts for our wedding! Their staff was so kind and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we were satisfied with the tasting and our decisions. On our wedding day, they arrived promptly and were extremely communicative. The staff was extremely polite and we are still getting compliments about how amazing the food tasted! Culinary Arts are true professionals and you won’t regret working with them!
Culinary Arts did our wedding (09/28/2025) at Knotting Hill Place and I first off want to say that we keep getting compliments of how amazing our food was and I do not deny how great tasting it was but unfortunately there were some things that occurred that would make me deter other brides away from them. 1. Communication was the hardest thing for them. I had three different representatives in the time of signing with them and my actual wedding day which just made it frustrating and probably why there were so many back and forths. I had to tell them MULTIPLE times my now husband’s allergies which should be their top priority. I also had asked to not have zucchini and squash as the veggie display because I do not prefer that. They said no problem at all and noted it in our order but then completely disregarded it on the wedding day and served zucchini and squash anyways. We also mentioned we did not want anything served in a martini glass because they are inconvenient and wobbly on plates and they did it anyways. 2. They only provided one carving attendant at the carving station so it took our guests a VERY long time to get through our stations. We actually had to push back our whole timeline because dinner took so long. I do think the culinary team should have planned for this or had a better system to get guests through the line. 3. Billing was also an issue and a bit unorganized but it ended up working in our favor so I would just be cautious and check your statements.
We are beyond thrilled with the incredible service provided by Culinary Art Catering for our wedding! From start to finish, everything about our experience was flawless, and the food was absolutely outstanding. We chose a plated meal for our wedding, and Culinary Art Catering truly elevated the entire dining experience. From our initial consultation, they worked closely with us to create a personalized menu that not only reflected our tastes but also felt unique and special for our big day. The team was so attentive, patient, and genuinely passionate about making sure every detail was perfect. On the wedding day, we were blown away by the level of professionalism and care that went into the service. The plated dinner was not only beautifully presented, but it was delicious. Every course was a delight – from the perfectly cooked appetizers to the main entrée that left our guests raving. We chose the short rib and the pecan crusted chicken, and both were executed to perfection, with the flavors being rich, balanced, and absolutely mouthwatering. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and chef truly showcased his expertise. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food – many said it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had! The presentation was elegant and refined, and the timing of each course was spot-on. The staff at Culinary Art Catering was incredibly attentive, ensuring that everyone had what they needed without ever being intrusive. They made sure our guests felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening, which was such a relief knowing that everything was running smoothly. Culinary Art Catering didn’t just provide a meal; they provided an experience. The meal was a highlight of the entire celebration and truly added to the magic of the day. We are so grateful for their outstanding service, attention to detail, and the unforgettable food they created for us. If you're looking for a caterer who will take your wedding to the next level with exquisite food, flawless service, and a genuine passion for creating a memorable event, look no further than Culinary Art Catering. We can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for making our day even more perfect!
I got married 5/25/24 and was so excited for Culinary Arts to be our caterer. Our tasting was delicious and the presentation of the food was wonderful. Unfortunately, the entrees on our wedding day were neither the size or presentation we were promised. The portions were much smaller and the pasta they served was not what we had requested. This was a seated dinner with 64 guests and we spent upwards of $60 per entree. They understaffed our wedding and at one point only one person was serving, so food was cold when it arrived to guests. They served the ice cream completely melted (albeit, the outside temperature was hot, but more efficient wait staff would've solved this issue). After we brought this up with the company, they refused any sort of partial refund, stating that they completed their obligations. The final straw was the handling of our dishes we bought for the wedding. The Culinary Arts staff put dirty dishes back into the boxes WITH FOOD ON THEM. When my husband and I returned from honeymoon after 12 days the boxes of our plates we bought were covered with black mold (see attached pictures) and with a putrid smell. I am so disappointed in this company and would never again use them for an event. We are spending our day back from honeymoon cleaning the putrid dishes and throwing out what cannot be saved.
