From the start, the conversation felt natural and never forced. Besy truly took the time to listen to what I wanted, asking clarifying questions to make sure we were completely aligned before the shears even touched my hair. What I appreciated most was the transparency; they explained exactly how each part of the process would affect my hair and, more importantly, how it would look as it grows out. I left with great product recommendations and care tips without feeling pressured to buy anything extra. No forced small talk, just a genuine connection and expert advice. I LOVE my new do!! Besy is the best!!
