Ashley is a wonderful instructor. I am very much a beginner and felt safe and looked after during the class. Her instructions are very clear so I didn’t struggle to follow along. She also gives options which makes the class very inclusive for all skill levels.

I’ve taken a class with Liz before at another studio and had to come see her since she’s teaching here - she was amazing as always! Love her pacing and structure of the class, always a great workout. If you want to feel the burn Liz is the one. Studio is very modern and clean, easy parking and nice reformers, would definitely recommend!

Nothing but awesomeness regarding this studio!! The instructors especially Liz Cox will give you a workout that your body needs. The right type of Pilates slow and steady hitting all the muscles. Owner Ashley is a saint and you also won't be disappointed when taking her classes. Calming environment easy parking easy to locate! Just go and you will not be disappointed!

I love Ashley and her teaching methods! She does an amazing job pacing each class and cueing the next moves. The class isn’t rushed or fast-paced; Ashley gives you enough time to mentally prepare for each move, making the workout feel intentional and effective. It’s a slow burn in the best way — you definitely feel it the next day. Her new studio is beautiful: bright, spacious, and so inviting.
