We buy a GE profile washer now the washer don’t even want to turn on. So I call curaçao because we got extended warranty on the washer so I spoke to somebody else in extended warranty department. They set up an appointment. The person came out and write down three problems that the washer had now we’ve been waiting this happened week before Christmas. We’ve been waving so today I called the extended warranty people. The one that came out. It says it was gonna be about a week to come out and fix it when I called. He told me that the extended warranty people called him and tell him not to fix the washer when I call back curaçao today to see why they told him not fix I fix the washer. They didn’t even have any notes on why they are saying not to fix the washer.the representative told me that she needs to put a ticket so that way the person at that area or that department will contact us within 2 to 3 business days or more to see if they’re gonna pick up the washer or give us back our money but when we signed up with them, they weren’t was if there’s something wrong with the washer, they will take the washer without no problem in exchange it for something else. Now you’re going through a whole bunch of bullshit. All they do is lie and a lot of turning around never again that we’re gonna buy anything more from them and please do not buy from them.

I’ve always been happy with all the purchases i’ve made over the years, but these last two times I have been very disappointed. First off. I purchased a bed a dresser, a TV and a TV stand by looking at these items you can tell I am a very loyal customer making multiple purchases at once. The purchase went great, however when it came to the day of the delivery, I was called and told that the TV stand I had paid for was sold out and not being returned to stores and that I had to go to the store to talk to someone about the TV stand I paid for. If I pay an item upfront, you would think that they would hold it for you, but no that wasn’t the case so after my delivery was made, I had to go to the store to go order a new TV stand by the way, I was given the delivery window between 3 and 5 and the delivery came around close to 6 PM after the guys left then I went to the store So I go to the store order the new TV stand that I need to order because the last one was apparently out of stock and not coming back to the store. So now my item is supposed to be delivered today and I was given the time window of 5 and 8 PM and according to the link that I was sent my delivery is now getting to my place around 9:45 PM . Come on Curacao you could see I am a very loyal and returning customer. Please make this right.

Don't waste your money in these stores like previously mentioned by others they offer you credit then hike up the prices. And also offer you a “credit shield” shall you ever fall in hard times and be late in a payment they can “pause ur account for a couple payments” well as soon as i payed off my balance they cancelled my account. I only made it to build my credit and i never really liked their products anyway back to TARGET i go it has everything and for less!!

I am beyond happy with the customer service here! I have to say and get out of my way to write this review because I am beyond amazed with the exquisite customer service that Mr Jose Rojas had to offer. He went above and beyond and showed me so many model swimming pools till I found the right one . Jose has such great customer service skills he was very attentive to detail and made the process of shopping here at Curaçao! I just moved from the Bay Area and let me just say I will never forget this great experience thank you Jose ! I will definitely be doing more of my shopping here ! 10’s across the board with customer satisfaction! Thank you ! I am so happy with my purchase I love Curaçao and the service I was given! Go to Mr Jose Rojas he is the best !
