My experience with Curated Events fell short in terms of transparency, accuracy, and execution. Curated Events’ website does not disclose that tent sidewalls are an additional charge, yet every photo under the “tenting” section shows fully walled tents. This creates a reasonable expectation that walls are standard when they are not. After the event, I was told that the tent walls were “added free of charge,” presented as a goodwill gesture related to an unrelated extenuating circumstance. This was not communicated prior to my wedding and did not clarify what was actually included in my contract. Based on the website and marketing materials, I believed walls were included from the start. In addition to the tent issues, the dance floor was uneven and not properly clamped together, and the tent sidewalls were not adequately staked. I raised both of these concerns before the Curated Events team left the job site, yet they were not corrected. Initially, the regional sales manager was responsive and professional. However, once the transaction was complete, communication shifted. My local sales representative was dismissive and lacked empathy during follow-up conversations. I will not be recommending Curated Events. I strongly advise future clients to ask very specific questions and ensure all inclusions, pricing, and setup standards are clearly documented in writing before booking. Transparency and proper execution are essential for events of this importance.

Curated was wonderful throughout our wedding planning process! They made sure that our tent fit in our reception area and went to the site to verify everything on their own. They had a wonderful selection of linens, chairs, utensils, and other items. They also used a custom designed pattern on the bar that really made everything look so amazing! The attention to detail really tied all of the elements together and made it the most beautiful day! They were so easy to work with and I appreciated the models provided throughout that we were able to continue to adjust based on guest numbers and the general flow of the space!

We had an amazing experience working with Curated Events! Savannah was an absolute pleasure — incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and always ready with helpful insight and thoughtful advice. She truly went above and beyond to make sure every element came together seamlessly. One of the highlights was the stunning sailcloth tent — it was absolutely perfect for our coastal wedding. Elegant, timeless, and such a beautiful focal point for the day. It truly set the tone and brought our entire vision to life. Thanks to Savannah and the Curated Events team, our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. Every detail felt intentional and aligned with our style, and the day was not only beautiful but also so special and meaningful. We are so grateful for their professionalism, creativity, and care — highly recommend!

We had the best experience with the Curated Events Team! Savannah was incredibly insightful, from our initial consultation calls, to day of, she was a pro every step of the way and helped make our vision come to life. Curated has pretty much anything you could imagine wanting for your big day and helped with every single element!

Sailcloth tent of my dreams for my wedding!!!!! I had my wedding at my childhood home and they worked with our family to make sure we got the perfect size and perfect type of tent for our special day. The Sailcloth Tent is the only way to go, it's so beyond beautiful and elegant! We also rented the big white circle bar and white dance floor and it was so stunning and really stood out and made photos pop! Also Savannah was amazing to work with our entire wedding year, loved working with her and her team!!! :)
