Store was nice, clean, and very spacious. Maddux came up to help me very quickly and was eager to answer my questions. They were okay with me coming in to get some information on multiple things, and did not make me feel pressured into buying anything. Maddux was very helpful throughout this whole interaction!

Thanks to Brad and the guys at Custom Bytes for this clean build. Brad took an extended amount of time to answer all of my general and technical questions. The pc was completely updated and good to go off the floor, and has been running great, maintaining very low cpu and gpu temperatures under ultra/high settings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an aesthetic build that also delivers great performance.

I’ve been doing business with Custom Bytes since the days when they sold flat-screen TVs. I purchased two TVs from them before they stopped carrying them, and both were in excellent condition—the second one was an upgrade because I was so satisfied with the first. Since then, I’ve purchased two computers from Custom Bytes. The first one eventually reached the upper limits of its performance, and when it could no longer be upgraded, I decided to buy my second computer from them. That turned out to be an excellent choice for my needs. When Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025, I returned to Custom Bytes once again for advice. As always, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about-face my options. Their service has been consistently reliable over the years, and I appreciate their straightforward approach and commitment to quality.
