We reached out through the website when the leg on a upholstered chair became loose. Steve responded the next day! He was very helpful in talking through the process and upfront about the cost as well as the unknowns until seeing the chair in person. Once we arranged for a time to bring in the chair, he evaluated right away and was able to make the repair on the spot. We are grateful to be able to safely use this loved piece again! In a day when trade and craft are hard to find, Steve's service is a gift. We will definitely turn to him again for other repair needs.

Steve just returned my Berkeley & Gay dining table with a broken pedestal in meticulous condition. Steve was very responsive, diagnosed the necessary repair via text photos and quoted a reasonable repair price. He turned the repair around in under a week and was meticulous in indexing parts and reassembling parts in a better order than when he took the pedestal. I called this company up to inquire about repairs to a piece of furniture that was damaged during a move. He told me that he would not be able to make the repairs necessary but he did point out other businesses or trades that could help. I called back again to see if he could reupholster the couch as a whole but he told me that he deals mainly with furniture repair an finishes. Again he recommended other means that could help me with my problem. This guy was very helpful and polite. He even mad me laugh. Just from this encounter alone, I’d recommend his services. Great customer service is hard to come by and this guy made me feel like a friend or family member. You my friend are a gem. Be well and stay safe.
