Went to see chase and status. Was a very good set up, sound was on point, food stalls plenty of toilets and staff - emergency medical crew were also present and very approachable, had to get painkillers and were so helpful. Was also very reasonably priced for drinks.

A great intimate venue for open air concerts. A bit run down when no gigs are due. Like a lot of Belfast, you get the vibe that we're on the verge of bankruptcy. Coffee shops, pubs, takeaways, and charity shops are mostly all that's left, so an organised concert or festival at Custom House is a nice bit of escapism. Our last venture to the venue was for Stiff Little Fingers.

Fantastic venue with brilliant organisation. Very smooth and fast entry same for the bar. Staff were lovely and helpful. You don't particularly need VIP for a better view. We didn't bother going into the VIP section, we stood about four rows from the front for an incredible view.

Went to several concerts here lately and did not expect it to be such a fantastic venue! It's not too difficult to get around with a wee bit of patience. Facilities are not bad. Drinks are very expensive, but if you must there are plenty of places nearby you could have a drink at before/after more reasonably. My only complaint is that sound quality difference between supporting bands and main acts were hugely noticeable. All in all an excellent place for gigs in Belfast!
