I’ve had positive experiences at this store in the past, but during a recent visit with my partner, we had an uncomfortable experience that felt discriminatory. When we arrived, we saw a woman come out of a space that clearly looked like a dressing room — it had a mirror, a seat, and a curtain. However, when my partner attempted to use the same space, we were told it wasn’t a dressing room. It was confusing and disappointing, especially because we were genuinely interested in purchasing a few items. While the gentleman assisting us was otherwise polite, the inconsistency in how we were treated made us feel unwelcome. I hope the store will take this feedback seriously and work toward creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for everyone.
