I came in as a walk in on a Thursday afternoon and had to sit and wait one hour for a traditional pedicure, it was not busy with maybe only two other customers. I was not offered anything to drink, nor was I told when I arrived that it will be an hour wait. I had to wait for someone else to arrive for their shift in order to get service. As a business owner you should always advise the customer about wait times. I advised once I sat down on the color I wanted and it was not communicated to the employee so she had to look for a similar color and that took more time. This establishment used to be another nail company and ever since they left and Cutesy arrived the service has not been consistent. I was a patient and non confrontational customer as I understand how business works, especially when you’re short staffed but this will be my last time coming to this establishment. They commented below but this is ENTIRELY NOT TRUE!! I was never told about clients with appointments get first priority, nor was I told about the wait time!! NO ONE SAID NOTHING to me about how long the wait would be NOR did they check on me!! It should have been advised that appointments were priority but I was never told that!! As I stated before. Since you want to lie! I will share this review on all platforms! Thanks!

Very welcoming fast service and the young man that did my nails was light handed and it was peaceful not a lot of noise that was a plus for me I will be back
