We had such a beautiful experience here. The team were incredibly welcoming, understanding, and genuinely kind. They showed so much patience and care toward my participant who has level 3 autism, and went out of their way to accommodate her needs without judgment or pressure. It has been a long time since I have felt this safe and supported in a public space for this little girl. She was able to engage at her own pace, and the staff made her feel comfortable and respected the entire time. We are so grateful to have found a place like this and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an inclusive and supportive environment.

This is the gym to go to if you're looking for a challenge. Arguably the highest difficulty ceiling of any gym on the coast whilst still catering to newer/less experienced climbers. The gym has fewer climbs than the other gyms in the area but the quality of the setting is noticeably better, with more interesting moves being set and more care being taken to ensure that climbs don't interfere with one another. Sets are consistently put up every week with very rare breaks being taken. There is a kilter board and moonboard in the back room, along with some training facilities and a weekly slab set. There is also aircon, which is a necessity for gyms on the coast.

I have been a regular at Cutloose for around 10 months now, and have always been warmly welcomed by the super friendly staff. They have created an amazing community in the gym, with great vibes and great climbs. 5 stars isn't enough ❤️

My friends and I checked out Cutloose on the weekend after heading down the coast. My first impression was already off to a good start with how lovely the staff were. They were super welcoming and easy to chat to with all my questions regarding the gym. The gym itself was awesome - clean, cool layout, aircon and a great colour scheme and design. The setting was wicked! Some really great mental problems and really fun shapes for the body to work through. All in all, this gym was absolutely awesome. They also have training boards out the back and can only see more improvements happening for this gym. Hannah and the team have done an awesome job and can't wait to visit again!
