I want to express my gratitude to Leslie and Tyler. Firstly, I am a healthcare worker who works overnights, so my schedule is all over the place. They made a plan to align with my busy work and school schedule. They have helped me establish and continue to guide me in a healthy relationship with food. I was always feeling drained by the end of my shifts, and it’s because I wasn’t eating enough food to keep my body fueled. Their guidance didn’t just help my relationship with food, but also helped me recover my energy. I was very skeptical about eating more since my mindset was “less is better,” but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Secondly, I also have weak knees, and they provided a strengthening exercise to help my knees recover. All in all, they work with your strengths and weaknesses. If you are worried about the form, Leslie is great at promptly giving feedback, which is very much appreciated ☺️
