when i tell you i have taken my son to SO many barbers over Bristol to try and get the hairstyle he was after and he’s never been fully happy with it , until we went to cutz and fadez and they did exactly what he was after and spent a good time cutting it properly and styling it and also such lovely friendly guys! will be our new spot! thank you 🙏 highly recommend for those fussy pre teens

i really needed a trim on short notice so i just turned up with no appointment. naturally, i was expecting to be turned away but dan was super accommodating and made me feel at ease straight away. conversation was great, and if you’re not into convo he won’t force it either. the general vibe of the shop isn’t that typical st pauls “roadman” type thing. i grew up getting my haircuts in whitehall supertonic and some people used to feel a bit intimidated by the atmosphere, so i’d only ever see the same faces. but here, after me i saw a little caucasian boy waiting for his cut, so clearly everyone feels welcome and that’s nice to see :D so yeah, great customer service 5/5. the haircut itself was immaculate. dan’s been doing this for a long time and it shows. when i showed him the image of the cut i wanted, he instantly saw the vision. i’m very happy with the result and will 100% be coming back. so haircut 5/5. convo, music, cleanliness all solid 5/5. would 100% recommend. there’s even a loyalty card scheme offering 20% off too.

Took my ten year old in today for a haircut and he had the best experience. My son was nervous due to a previous bad experience at a different barber and today he was so pleased with his haircut, it's given him his confidence back. It's honestly the best haircut he's ever had - feels so grown up. We travel from Bradley Stoke but will happily travel in just to visit Cutz and Fadez for his next haircut. Thank you so much for showing him such patience and taking the time to reassure him, you've honestly given my son the best confidence boost. The best customer service we've ever received.

Very good experience, nice fresh and clean inside, all 3 barbers Very friendly and chatty. Very good prices for their artwork. I came in with my 3 sons and was a 1st time for my middle child the barber was very patient and friendly. Both barbers made my sons feel good. Its fairly new but definitely going to be our regular thank you 😊
