Always a pleasant experience shopping at cycle gear. The employee that helped me with a very helpful. He was upfront help me with the quad lock products. Help me resolved the issue that I had. Overall, it was fine. Selection was okay, but the kids gear was pretty wiped out, so not much there for my boys. The cashier was great. One small opportunity was missed that could’ve been an easy win. My son asked if he could keep one of the store credit plastic cards because it had a cool dirt bike scene on it. I even asked if I could purchase one without any value on it. The employee training the cashier said no. Honestly, we could’ve just taken it, but that’s not how we roll. We asked, got a no, and moved on. Not a huge deal, but those little moments matter. Letting a kid keep a card or selling a zero-balance one would go a long way in keeping dirt biking cool and families coming back.

This location is far and away one of the best. Every time you walk in the staff greets you and goes out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for without being overly aggressive with making a sale. I went in to get sized for a track suit and Cade spent almost an hour helping me find the right size. They didn’t have what I needed (my fault for trying to shop the Tuesday after Thanksgiving) but he explained the ordering, shipping and exchange policy to me. As soon as the Christmas sales launch I’ll be back in to make the purchase. Love this spot.

So I needed a new rear tire. Cycle gear is the best place and very close to my house. Had my size tire and installed it in almost record time. The people there are very nice and professional. I will always recommend them. They're the best!
