Love this cycle gear. The staff is extremely helpful! I’ve been in twice so far. The first time to get my daughter sized for a helmet. The staff member helping us was extremely professional and kind to my 4 year old daughter. He made sure the helmet fit her right and ordered the one we wanted shipped to our house. The second stop was for a pair of riding boots for myself. It was quick and easy. They found my size right away and got me in a pair I love! I HIGHLT RECOMMEND THIS CYCLE GEAR!!!!

I stopped into CycleGear and was welcomed right away. Barbara at the front cashier was friendly, professional — and truly went above and beyond to help me. I needed to exchange a helmet for a larger size, and she made the whole process smooth from start to finish. One of the team members (I forgot his name — he was wearing an eye patch) was also outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me find the exact same helmet, and reinstalled the Cardo Bluetooth system perfectly. At checkout, Barbara explained the benefits of becoming a member — especially the perks for veterans — and helped me get signed up. I really appreciated her patience and care. I also had a great conversation with Chris on the floor. He’s retired but said working there feels like being in a toy store every day, and you can feel that energy in the store. It made me confident I was buying from people who genuinely love what they do. Outstanding customer service, great attitudes, and a team that truly cares. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location

They had the part I needed and were open till 8. Friendly staff. Not a bunch of snobs, who only care about selling you over priced parts with there brand on it. A good place to shop... No matter what puts your face in the wind

I went into the store with a pocket full of money, looking to by a Motocross helmet and gear. I was greeted by a nice young man (Bryston?) Who directed me to the helmet department stating "they will be able to help you out" I went over and looked at your extensive inventory and tried a couple on while waiting for someone to answer some questions I had. I waited over 20 minutes, and saw several employees standing around talking to each other and pretty much ignoring me. Frustrated, I walked the back of the store and found Bryson and asked for some help. He finally came and got me what I wanted, a helmet, but never asked "is there any other gear you might need?" which I did but by now I had been at the store for over an hour and feeling disrespected and frustrated I left. You could have sold me a chest protector, boots, gloves, pants, etc. Maybe even an airbag vest. Instead I left with a helmet and some chain lube.
