We had a great time overall, which is why I'm giving it three stars, but there were some significant issues with the service that definitely impacted the experience. First, while our driver was polite and friendly, there was a lack of organization and professionalism on the part of Cyclofiesta. My group and I had rented a private bike for 9 pm, but less than two hours before the scheduled time, we received an email notifying us that the meetup location had changed. A phone call would have been a more effective way to communicate such last-minute changes. As a result, we arrived late at the new location, having initially gone to the original spot. Additionally, the "bartender" that was advertised on their page didn't show up. This was a letdown, especially since it was part of the experience we were expecting. To top it off, there was no offer of compensation or any attempt to make up for these issues. Overall, while we had fun, the lack of communication and professionalism would make me hesitant to recommend or use this service again.
Jessica and AJ made the experience amazing! We had a blast pedaling away all over the Pearl area. We hit two different bars on the way and had tons of fun. Will be doing again for my birthday next year.
