I have purchased jewelry and watches from DaVinci many times and they’ve always been wonderful to work with. Recently they went over the top. I was buying a tennis bracelet for my wife and was out of state and torn between two setting types. I put a deposit on one bracelet and DaVinci sent me BOTH bracelets so my wife could pick. They included a return label for the bracelet we wouldn’t be keeping. Arguably one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Amazing people, customer service and amazing quality jewelry, I’d not buy anywhere else.
