Francisco and Brian did a poor job of detailing my car. I left unconvinced that it was even touched after dropping it off at their studio for over three hours and $285 - we even upgraded to the platinum package. When we picked up our car, to our surprise, the back pull-down cupholders still had stains and there were still fingerprint marks on the interior panels/screens. We pointed out these issues and to their credit - they tried to fix it on the spot with some quick wipes, but their lack of detail was apparent. We also checked the exterior and to our surprise the front of the car had not been washed or even wiped down. When we commented on it, Francisco and Brian gave different excuses like: “you didn’t purchase the engine package”, “it’s because it’s plastic”, and “it’s supposed to look like that”. Again - a miss on their end which led to more waiting as they tried to, again, remedy it on the spot. Overall, we were hoping for a “new car” feel, but left wondering if they even cleaned the car at all as we were looking for a good, deep clean and already had a clean car going in that we just bought used. There were no apologies nor was there any partial refund offered, just a shrug and a quick rag wipe which was disappointing after the time and money we spent. I would not recommend this place.

Amazing car cleaning service and customer service provided. Hand washed the interior and exterior of my car, mat wash, and car wax had my baby looking brand new. Would definitely recommend and will be a frequent returning customer.

Francisco uses the best products. I never knew your car could have the new car smell again after getting detailed!!! I also got my windows tinted. Everything turned out amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Walter is so nice and thorough. Aside from cleaning the car front to back, inside and out, he provides something extra unique other detailers don’t. Hope - hope that someday my 1.5 year old daughter will be able to keep the car clean so Walter doesn’t have to pick up her snacks that disappear into the infinite void of nooks and crannies of my car. Will definitely book with him again!

Wow!!!! I don’t know where to start but I can tell you this! Francisco was beyond amazing. He took care of my company car that was in bad shape- especially the interior. After he got done the car was like brand new and I could not believe the outcome. Another great attribute of him is his professionalism. I would definitely use him again in the future and I would recommend him to anyone!!! You left my car better than you found it!!
