J.C. did a wonderful job repairing the front and rear bumpers on my 2017 Mercedes GLS. The passenger side wheels were also smoothed out and made shiny again after hitting the curb too many times. He gave me a reasonable price and finished the job in the week between Christmas and New Years, while we were out of town and thus didn’t need to drive it. Now the vehicle looks almost brand new. We would definitely recommend Dallas European Collision!

I had a car accident and visited several repair shops, but this one offered the best price and seemed the most trustworthy with their skills. While my car was being repaired, I explained to the technician, JC, that I was concerned about rental costs increasing if the repair took too long. He really listened and did his absolute best — finishing the job **a whole day earlier** than originally estimated. JC is a top-notch technician, and the quality of the repair was excellent. Highly recommend this place!

My brand new 2024 7 Series got into a hit and run and I took it here to JC and he fixed it quickly and did a flawless job. He was great in communication and he does quality work. He helped make sure everything was 100% and stood by his work. He got a quarter panel and bumper fixed within 2 weeks.

I recently found Dallas European and Collision Center and couldn’t be happier with the service. JC, who runs the shop, went above and beyond to ensure my Tesla Model 3 was not only repaired but also returned spotless. He fixed the scratches and dents on the fender in under a week, which was incredibly fast compared to other shops I contacted. JC’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. On top of that, the price was far more reasonable than I expected, especially compared to other body shops in the area. I highly recommend JC for any car body repairs—you won’t be disappointed!

I am so glad I found this shop, JC is super friendly and communicative. He assured me he would take care of me and that’s exactly what he did. My car was rear ended and had pretty minor damage, I had originally taken it to dallas collision because they were audi aluminum certified, but they were trying to replace my whole quarter panel when it didn’t need a quarter panel, estimating over 20k in damage and then trying to total my car out, even my insurance didn’t agree it should be totaled from such minor damage. I found dallas european and gave them a call, JC answered and I sent him some pics and he assured me he would take care of it, they were able to fix the car without replacing my quarter panel by pulling the small dent out that was part of the quarter panel underneath the bumper. dallas collision estimated almost 3 months to repair the car and JC got it done in just 18 days and it looks perfect, I am extremely OCD about my car so trust me when I say it looks perfect that it really does, paint match is on point and everything lines up awesome. I highly recommend them no matter what care you have they will get it taken care of.
