While I was initially very concerned when the 10x10 tents were improperly set up and began to collapse, the team eventually returned to resolve the situation. It took about 1–2 hours for them to replace the faulty equipment with two 10x20 tents and provide a functioning light appliance. Although the experience was stressful due to the initial equipment failures and broken safety latches, I am glad that they ultimately took the necessary steps to rectify the issues. Luckily my event was delayed and I did not have to face the embarrassment in front of the guests.

I called them for a last minute request and the ladybwho answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. They delivered tables the next day and was early. Arthur was very nice, responsive, and professional. I will definitely be using them again.

Not a serious company. Cannot be relied upon. Bounce house didn’t show up at scheduled time so my wife had to call and call and call. They finally answered and the bounce house showed up at the end of the bday party. We told them we didn’t want the tables and chairs anymore since the party was over. He said they’d come get the bounce house the next day and that they were only going to charge half for being late. Then the woman called my wife and tried to renegotiate the half price offer. She was so rude to my wife we asked them to come back and get the bounce house. They cannot be trusted for any event you care about and don’t understand how to make things right.

Rented multiple event grills for a corporate event. At first there were some hiccups with miscommunication between what we were expecting to what we got (so would recommend measurements and picture just to make sure you get what you want). Regardless of the hiccups, Amanda, the representative I worked with and her entire helped me out immediately to get it remedied. For their willingness to address the situation, how quickly they did, and in general, the professional manner they dealt with it - 5/5 stars for me!

Don’t do it. Just save yourself the heartache and don’t do it. I ordered tables and chairs from this company for October 7 delivery. And I had to proactively call about the status of those items after they were supposed to be delivered. It was extremely difficult to reach someone. I was told they would call me back and I had to proactively reach out and follow up over and over after. Since my party started at 2 PM and people started arriving at the location, I had to put someone else in charge of greeting people and drive to Walmart to purchase tables and chairs for the 30 people that were shown up.
