Said they would get there in 20 min. 30 min later still no truck. We call back and are told it will be there in 12 min. 30 min later still no truck. We call again and they say the driver is on the way. 30 min later the driver gets there. Even though we explained that the car was stuck in the mud over the phone multiple times, the driver brought the wrong truck and just decided to bail on us. Absolute pathetic excuse of a company. Look elsewhere

After calling around to a few different places, I decided to move forward with Dallas Towing. My 14' box truck (loaded with 4000lbs) broke down 1.5hrs away from our shop. The rep I spoke with asked plenty of questions to ensure they had the right truck going out to pick this size/weight vehicle up. The driver arrived in a timely manner and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He safely secured our truck and got it back into Dallas as quick as you can at 6PM on a Wednesday. I had it brought to our shop to unload and then called them back the following day to have them tow it to Wylie for repairs. The same driver as before showed up (which was fantastic since he was familiar with the vehicle already) within 20 minutes and had it delivered to Wylie in 30 minutes. Everyone has been beyond responsive, professional, understanding, and everything else you'd want from a towing company during a stressful situation. Pricing wise - middle of the road, definitely not the most expensive and not the cheapest. I wasn't comfortable with hiring the cheapest because I was worried they wouldn't send the right truck out and the most expensive guys felt like a rip-off. Overall experience 5/5 stars, would hire again for any of our company's towing needs! Thank you Dallas Towing LLC!
