My family and I were lucky enough to have Dalton Catering look after us on Christmas day '25, and it was absolutely wonderful. From a timing perspective, they arrived exactly as agreed and were flawless in their service and organisation. And the food, my word, it was incredible. starters, entree, main, dessert, just wonderful. The team were lovely as well and looked after us, and 5 super-excitable kids incredibly well. And to top it off, I'm quite certain they left the kitchen and surrounds cleaner than it was before they arrived. I would recommend Dalton Catering without hesitation.

Dalton Catering were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and attentive to details, and the food tasted excellent and was beautifully presented. The owners' passion for their craft shoed in the service and the personalized touches they provided. I would happily recommend Dalton Catering for events large or small.

We have had two functions catered by Daltons-a 60th birthday and an Engagement party. The organising staff are very helpful, flexible, professional and friendly. All our questions were answered happily. At both functions, the staff were highly organised , very professional, well presented, polite and courteous. The presentation of the food was visually pleasing and the food was delicious, plentiful and enjoyed by everyone. The clean up was once again thorough, professional and everything was left spotless. Thank you to the chefs and all the staff. We would happily book Daltons again!

We used Dalton Catering for our recent private event hosting 80+ people at our house. If I could give the Dalton team and service more than 5 stars I would - everything was perfect. They were brilliant to deal with all the way through - nothing was an issue and on the day they ensured that the whole event ran smoothly. Delicious food (and heaps of it) and wonderful staff who kept the drinks flowing. Peter took charge on the day and he was an absolute star - we didn't need to worry about anything. Highly, highly recommend!

The presentation and the spread from Dalton Catering was amazing! Everyone loved the food and overall we are very grateful that Dalton was able to provide such an amazing spread, so thank you! Vanessa was so lovely on the day aswell and did a wonderful job at topping up the food!
