On 25th November at 3:54pm, I was picking up my order valued at over $60, which should entitle me to 2 hours of free parking. However, the staff member gave me a used parking ticket, which resulted in me having to walk twice between the parking office and Dan Murphy’s while carrying my heavy purchase. This was extremely unprofessional and caused significant inconvenience. Please address this issue to prevent it from happening again.

Today at 7:57 pm, when the advertised closing time was 8:00 pm, security stopped customers from entering. The customer service staff member (blonde hair, shoulder length) and security were rude and aggressive, saying they needed to have everyone out by 8:00 pm. It’s unreasonable to assume that customers entering at 7:57 pm wouldn’t be able to finish shopping and leave by closing time. If customers are not allowed to enter from 7:57 pm, this should be clearly advertised instead of blaming and speaking rudely to customers. Very disappointing experience — I will not be coming back.

The front door staff and the very tall security are very friendly and welcoming. He approached me and my mate very subtle but super comfortable way. Not like some other store that very pushy or no smile in their face. He is very friendly and patient as my mate was looking the gift card to purchase but couldn’t find it in his bag. It took forever for him to finally found the GC. Thank God The staff let me put my heavy shopping bag aside and let me sit at the wine tasting section while I wait and fix my HB lol🤣🤫🙏🥰….. without any judgment or uncomfortable vibe or look which I am so appreciated. Thanks you DM team QV U made my day and my yummy dinner night with a sparkling ChOYA Blk sugar plum Wine . Delicious Last but not the least that your store produces selection is bam on yeah. The range of collection u have in store is very suitable for the demographic location in the CBD.

Best place to find wines and liquors. Very wide variety of wines n liquor collection you can find here with good price. Become a member for free and you can get a member price. Service is always good. The staffs always happy to guide you for a prefect drinks.
