Came to him late on a Sunday not expecting help as it was a weekend and he helped me fix my pc and even fixed the problems I didn’t know about for an incredibly reasonable price. Highly recommend

Dan in Bristol recovered some data from a broken harddrive for me that contained hours of precious music that I've collected over years. Through no fault of his own the extraction had a couple of hiccups and took a bit longer than planned but Dan communicated this throughout really clearly and went the extra mile to get it done. He dropped the hard drive off To me when it was done and offered me some recommendations for how I can look after my data better going forwards. Great local service that I would 100% use again

Dan was fantastic, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I needed a laptop urgently. He advised me on a much cheaper one than the one i was going to buy, so saved me a lot of money, and carried out all the work/setting up of it quickly and efficiently. He also explained everything really clearly. He was very supportive. Excellent service for a great price.
