Daniel did so good with my design and massage. Very detail oriented and the last at the reception was super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend again.

Although I kept seeing mixed reviews, I decided to try Daniel’s on 3/13/26 and arrived at 11:28AM. Once I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the “receptionist”, I did not set up an appointment and expressed that I wanted a hard gel full set and a pedicure. I didn’t wait long before a sweet quiet older woman approached me, ready to start my pedicure. My pedicure went on until 1:24PM. The women did a wonderful, thorough job on my feet however, I asked for a deluxe, a step above classic, so I didn’t expect my feet alone to take 2 hours. During my pedicure, two other staff members approached me and asked how I wanted my nails. I showed a picture from pinterest and was confirmed by both that it could be done. Towards the end of my pedi, I catch the receptionist again and ask for a glass of white wine. He was sitting another woman next to me, had just given her a beverage and so when I asked for mine, he said it’d be $4. I said that was fine. Once my pedicure was finished, I was directed to seat 1 where the male receptionist who had greeted me and given me my wine, was seated. It clicked in my head that this was Daniel, the owner. So I clarified and we said introductions. While I got my pedicure and he worked on my nails, I noticed that two of the younger female techs there were new and a bit inexperienced which made it hard to relax. One of them had messed up a pedicure and one of the other staff was training her and giving her tips and tricks right next to me and the other, couldn’t quite get a design right which had two other staff members standing over the table and Daniel speaking to them across the salon. Daniel exceeded my expectations with the set I wanted. I was excited that the owner had come to my rescue and given me the nail style I desired, he continuously checked with me to make sure I liked it and asked if I would give recommendations and come back, but after I saw my total I was left annoyed and confused again. I was charged for a gel removal for my pedicure, which I have never been charged for if you’re already charging for gel polish, the polish removal is included in a pedicure. Next, I was charged $25 extra for the kind of polish I wanted on my nails. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the amount was presented to me as directly as the charge for my wine was. Lastly, I was charged a surcharge for Daniel to do my nails, which I did NOT request and by the time my pedicure was finished, he was the ONLY one available to do my nails anyway. He finished up at around 2:05PM. Overall, the quality of work and product is good but the business and how it’s ran is still very new and unprofessional especially for an established salon. I’d expect this from an instagram nail tech but not a shop. $168 and FOUR hours of my time is not worth the services provided. I planned to review this salon on my social medias to promote but I don’t think I will return and I’m just hoping they last $168 worth.
