We ordered our entire Thanksgiving dinner from Darae Catering, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The food was absolutely flawless — the turkey was tender and perfectly seasoned, the sides tasted homemade with so much depth and flavor, and the desserts were the kind you keep thinking about long after the meal is over. Every single dish felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully balanced. Darae Catering made our holiday effortless. Everything arrived on time, packaged with care, and was simple to heat and serve. My family couldn’t stop raving — we all agreed it was the best Thanksgiving meal we’ve had in years. If you want a holiday meal that feels elevated, comforting, and completely stress-free, Darae Catering is the way to go. I attend a monthly meeting and the dinner and dessert are always TOP TIER! But last week, I HAD TO ASK who caters and I was informed Darae! They served a Lemon Cloud dessert that blew my mind! I ate 2! I wish you guys had a brick and mortar!

We hired DaRae for our wedding. She was kind and inviting at the tasting and worked with our budget. The food was always delicious - during our tasting and during our wedding and our guests enjoyed the food. The biggest issue was our cake never got served to our guests…very very few guests got served cake to the point that we had 10 sheet cakes leftover. Additionally, the appetizers were not passed in the fashion that we discussed and therefore were wasted because none of my guests knew they were available. When we tried to discuss this with her and her staff after the wedding in a respectful way, our calls were never returned after they said they would. Overall, the food was good, and the individual in charge of our event was kind and tried his best. But there were issues that resulted in wasted food and money on cake and on appetizers. I don’t typically write reviews on things, and DaRae herself was kind, but the fact that there were several issues on the day of and no follow up was very frustrating for my parents and I. Giving her 3 stars because the food was still good quality, but I found myself very disappointed in lack of execution in the service.

Don't even question it. Book them! They just catered our 200+ person wedding. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful & their timing was spot on. Every guest was tended & catered to & we have had endless compliments on them. All of these things are critical in helping a large wedding to be a success, but none of it happens without a stellar team-and they have nailed it! Every single person from the bartenders to the chefs to the servers was a pure delight. They laughed, smiled & truly cared about the needs of everyone there. We are truly grateful for them! Thanks so much for being a part of our absolutely perfect day!
