Best quick Mexican food in Newark! Hundred percent recommend it for lunch or dinner. The prices are great; like 9$ for a taco bowl is amazing!! Taste incredible and made fresh! The owners there all the time and staff is amazing!

Ngl the prices are fantastic with the food quantity, but I just don’t feel like the food is great at all unfortunately. The rice is hard and the food overall just doesn’t taste good . I hate to leave a bad review I would definitely recommend this place it’s just not for me

There are Mexican restaurants and then there’s Dario’s. It is the hole in the wall spots that always reign. I’m from Newark and I always find myself here. The chicken is tender, the rice so flavorful. The chicken salad bowl is what keeps me coming back. The service is great, people say hi. Such simplicity, unforgettable flavor. I love New Jersey. There’s love in this food.

Food was awesome. We ordered 2 mixed taco bowls and 1 beef quesadilla. I only gave four stars because we requested extra white sauce and we feel that was not honored. Other than that, the bowl was amazing. The price was very fair.
