Oxana was very detail oriented and explained everything so careful and thoughtful during the process. She went over the aftercare in each step and was very patient and gentle. I came across Oxana’s page on instagram and instantly booked an appointment. I have naturally pale lips that I would have to keep applying lipstick or tinted lip balm. I was nervous, but Oxana walked me through it all explaining everything before and after. She helped me pick my preferred color, lip shape, and made sure I was okay every step of the way. She was always very attentive before and after the process. The healing was very fast and expected thanks to her advice before and after the procedure. I will definitely be going back in a couple of years when I have to get my touch up done. :)
