I donated money to my children’s school which in turn I got two free hour play bracelets—awesome!! Soo cool & my kids love to play games—win, win. Until is not a win anymore & you’re playing & have a roach crawling around! The roach was in the section that had the restaurant & was where birthday parties are held 🤢🤮 It was a full grown adult roach…can only imagine how bad the infestation is here! Have a video to prove as well it’s in the Dave & busters since it’ll only allow a picture!

I went in with my kids for dinner, they completely forgot to make my son’s dinner, on top of I ordered a steak and it was severely undercooked. Told the waitress, she disappeared for a long time, leaving us with no refills. Wife asked for a manager, he came with the waitress, apologized and said he’d check on our food. They both left, still leaving our drinks empty and my raw steak in front of me along with all the empty plates of my other kids. Food finally came out, my steak was just as raw as before. I cut it to check while the manager was there but I should have cut it a few times. Last time I was here, they brought everyone’s food except for my youngest sons, he ordered fish and chips and they said they ran out of batter. After they brought everyone’s food out. So we waited forever for that we took it to go it was such a long wait. Totally unacceptable and we will not be back to this location.

We held a corporate catering event at Dave & Buster’s tonight and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was great, everything came out hot and on time, and the atmosphere made it such a fun place for our group to relax and enjoy the night together. The biggest highlight of the evening was our waitress, Monica. She completely knocked it out of the park. She was everywhere at once, constantly checking in, making sure drinks were filled, food was handled, and everyone in our group had what they needed. Even with how busy the place was, she never looked overwhelmed and always had a great attitude and a smile on her face. She is phenomenal and had our whole company recommending we hold more events there. It is rare to come across service that genuinely stands out the way hers did tonight. Monica played a huge role in making our event successful and enjoyable, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the effort and energy she brought to the table. Thank you again for an awesome night Monica. Next time we have an event here, it’s because of your due diligence and excellence in customer service! The arcade/games they have currently are awful, they took away a lot of the stuff just to put in a terrible human toy claw machine, and a game room where you run around and press tiles/etc. Most of the arcade shooters are terrible, especially the Cyberpunk 2077 one(What even is that one? A sad attempt at a fair/carnival game?). Wasted some points on a game with a broken arcade gun, most the games are lame mobile game arcades. What is even the point of the arcade area anymore?
