Hutch’s Restaurant exceeded every expectation. The food was beyond phenomenal and the service was just as impressive attentive, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The Caesar salad had a unique, artisan touch that set it apart from anything I’ve had before. The steak with blue cheese was absolutely outstanding—cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. A true 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

We had a group of 14 for a family get together before my son’s wedding. They were so attentive and the food was amazing. Everyone said how great the food was and we had a variety of steaks and seafood. The bar was also very inviting. Overall, our best dinner in a while and we eat out at lots of great restaurants. Buffalo has a real gem!

Our first time here and it was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing and so was the service and atmosphere. The best part was their homemade desserts some of the best I’ve had.

It was our first visit. Although the prices are a bit high, the food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. The only downside was the parking, as we got confused entering due to the lack of clear signs, especially since it was our first time and the restaurant is on a busy street. The service and food quality were very good overall

Hutch’s continues to deliver—this was my third visit in three months. We started with the ceviche and soft shell crab appetizers—both fresh and full of flavor. For our mains, the Portuguese fish stew was rich and comforting, while the jambalaya pasta packed just the right amount of heat and depth. We finished with the crème brûlée and blueberry crisp, both beautifully executed and satisfying. Service began strong—attentive and friendly—but noticeably tapered off after our entrees were served. (It felt like the four-top next to us took priority for the rest of the evening.) Still, the overall experience was excellent, and I’m looking forward to my next visit. TL, DR: It’s delicious! Just go!
