Sat at a table for 10 mins. Manager was literally standing next to our table arms crossed and still did not acknowledge our presence. NO ONE CAME TO OUR TABLE TO OFFER ANYTHING. UPON LEAVING THE HOST WHO SEATED US ASKED US IF ANYONE HELPED US..HELL NO THEY DID NOT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Negative review and experience

What an awful experience. Waited 20 minutes at the front before getting seated, had a reservation for a table for when we got there. Waited 10 more minutes before a server came to our table. Drinks came fast, food not so much. Ordered a nachos as a meal (was asked when I wanted brought out and it came early). Sat for 20 minutes after the nachos came out for the rest of the food. Asked to have the nachos remade (didn't want to eat while my family didn't). The nachos came out 10 minutes later, cold and stale like they gave me the old nachos I sent back. One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.

Made of reservation for a party of 6 for 715p. As we arrived, we were sat promptly by the hostess, which was nice, but after that...👎. The lady that sat us knew we had a party of 6, but for some reason only provided us with 5 chairs. When asked if we could get a 6th chair, the answer that was provided was " you'll have to find one". The only bright spot was our waitress "nicole" and her trainee. Nicole provided a great smile and was very pleasant. Food portions were not very cost effective. I had ordered boneless wings for 14.99. The wings were very tiny, and all I got was 2 very very small pieces of celery, and some ranch dip. I will more than likely never return to this place.
