We were very pleased with Dave's Digital Audio Visual. We purchased a great Sound Bar during their sales event in November, and their Tech person was great with the installation, as well as, explaining the new Sound Bar and equipment installed. DAVE designed and installed our whole AV system 11 years ago, and it is still going strong although we have added pieces to it. Recently we upgraded our Savant remote and got excellent help from Eric, Andy and David. All is working well. Thanks! I recommend DAVE highly.

Buying audio and visual equipment these days is confusing - especially if you are looking for even modestly higher-end televisions and audio equipment. I say this since determining what equipment is best for anyone's various needs, room, and budget can be "guessed at" at the various big-box stores but the likelihood of getting what is truly best for your needs at these large stores is rather slim. Fortunately, in Rochester we have DAVE Digital Audio Visual Environments to help simplify this process and ensure that you get the best "bang for your buck" -regardless of how much you are looking to spend. I recognize that my assessment here is a rather strong claim but my experience with Joel (who is a lead salesperson at DAVE and formerly had the same role at Rowe Digital) has proven this to be true again and again for almost twenty years. In short, Joel is honest, knowledgeable, and only recommends what he believes will make the most difference for you based on what you share with him about what you are looking to achieve (i.e., he never "upsells" simply to make a bigger sale or rushes the process to move on to the next customer regardless of how busy he is). More important, Joel's judgement as to what equipment will work best in any give scenario is excellent and I have never purchased anything from him that I did not feel over time was exactly the right product to meet my needs and budget. Finally, and as an added benefit of working with Joel and DAVE, the service team at DAVE is absolutely top-end and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that the final outcome of a purchase is exactly what it should be - whether that service involves a simple delivery or a complex installation. I recently went through what was in fact a relatively complicated installation for something I purchased from DAVE and their installers Mike and Eric took the time to ensure that their work was perfect and that my system looked just right and worked exactly as intended. What more can I say about this excellent shop and its strong team? In short, they are what I feel is the "go to" team in the Rochester area for audio and visual equipment (including home theaters) and one I would STRONGLY recommend for anyone who wants the right equipment at a fair price, effectively selected, and expertly installed.
