This is a review for the exceptional work of a special person, Dave. We came to know about Dave and his team from a community member. We had contacted a couple of other realtors for the purpose of selling our house, however, we decided to go with Dave after the first interaction with him. Our situation was unique as we were on a time crunch as we wanted to sell our house within a couple of weeks due to our special circumstance. From the very first interaction with Dave we had a feeling that he is the person as he seemed very confident, knowledgeable, experienced and exceptionally proactive. Dave welcomed the challenges of our unique circumstance and gave us hope to complete this work as planned. His team was efficient in communication, organization, and executing the job with utmost professionalism. The whole experience felt like a team effort with each and every member contributing their best. You want exceptional outcome for your money, Dave and his team are the people you need. Being a member of the South Asian community, choosing a realtor outside of our community brought us to Dave who was open-minded, respectful, flexible, and positive.

Dave, Maria, Fem and team have been amazing to work with! We purchased years ago from the davesells team, and the listing to sale could not have been easier. The accommodation and assistance provided for us to get this out of town was more than appreciated and something above and beyond. We were kept in touch with any listing changes, viewings and all steps clearly laid for our first sale. More than a transaction, this team genuinely cares for their clients and gave experienced advice. I recently had the pleasure of working with Dave and Maria on the sale of my mom‘s house. My mom had lived in her home for 40 years so we needed to find the perfect realtors to make her feel safe and comfortable with how overwhelming selling your home can be. Dave and the team were the perfect match as their communication, patients, understanding was exactly what we needed. As first time home buyers we could not have asked for a better experience than working with Dave and his team. They are incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful.
