This is a review for the exceptional work of a special person, Dave. We came to know about Dave and his team from a community member. We had contacted a couple of other realtors for the purpose of selling our house, however, we decided to go with Dave after the first interaction with him. Our situation was unique as we were on a time crunch as we wanted to sell our house within a couple of weeks due to our special circumstance. From the very first interaction with Dave we had a feeling that he is the person as he seemed very confident, knowledgeable, experienced and exceptionally proactive.
