My fiancé and I needed to have my engagement ring setting lowered due to it getting caught on things. We explored two other jewelers before coming to David’s. From the moment we walked into the store to when we picked up the ring and went home with it, we were treated so incredibly well! They went over how they would lower the setting and the costs. Everything was very fair, and I appreciated how excited they were to take on the project. It only took about two weeks from us dropping it off to receiving it back! The craftsmanship was amazing, and I’m so relieved they were able to preserve our original setting. We will definitely be coming back for their cleaning service. Lifelong customers from this point on! Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ David’s Jewelers had been my favorite jewelry store here in Anchorage for years. I bought my wedding band there (in the mid 90’s), it was priced fairly, and I still absolutely love it. The quality is beautiful, and the whole experience felt easy and genuine, not salesy or pressured at all. They truly have the best staff. Everyone is kind, patient, and they treat you like a real person instead of just another customer. They take their time, answer questions, and make sure you feel good about your purchase. That kind of care means a lot, especially when you’re buying something meaningful. They’re always more than fair with their estimates and pricing, and they’ve built a reputation over the years as honest, good people. David’s Jewelers is an Anchorage staple for a reason. I’ll always recommend them to friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have a Tiffany and Company Circa 1885 Full Repousse Sterling Silver Pitcher that needed a repair. The Owner of David’s Jewelers, Sean Miller met with me to discuss the project. I was happy with the outcome of the repair work given its uniquely challenging nature and the high level of attention to detail needed to restore the item. I especially appreciate the conservative approach that was taken in addressing the repair. I also appreciate Sean Miller setting my expectations in advance at the initial meeting (this really helped) about how the repair work would be addressed.

I've gone to David's Jewelers for over a decade and they've always provided excellent service. Today was worthy of a review though. Deborah did an exceptional job - she was professional and knowledgable, but also funny and relatable. She gave thoughtful suggestions and had the patience of a saint showing piece after piece.

I really just wanted to thank you for helping me in resizing my bracelet I had been having a hard time finding someone to do. This bracelet is super sentimental to me as I mentioned to the women that so graciously helped me so quickly and efficiently. My Mom can't wear jewelry anymore. I now have several pieces of her jewelry that she wore often from my childhood, and newer things she purchased over the years. It means a lot to me that I can now wear one of her favorite bracelets as if she is with me all the time. The fit is PERFECT! I was blown away! I wish I caught the women's name that helped me but please know I will be back for any other jewelry needs and will recommend any chance I get. Thank you so much!
