I went in to have them look at a David Yurman bracelet my wife bought me that was very difficult to clasp hoping they could adjust it somehow. While the jeweler was looking at the bracelet I started browsing watches. A very knowledgeable gentleman offered to show me a few. Found one I really liked but it had a black band and I wanted a brown band. He said they could change the band so I decided to buy it. Throughout the process I had a conversation with someone that treated me as a friend with no sales pressure at all. Once the transaction was finished I asked for a business card. It was Hank Davis helping me like he’s helped people for 46 years at Davis Jewelers. No wonder they’ve built a fantastic reputation. Great experience, beautiful store and high quality products. I won’t hesitate to go back.

I’ve always had great experiences at Davis Jewelers, but this one was truly Google-worthy. Have you ever done all the research online, knew exactly what you wanted, and just needed to make the purchase.. without being sold to? That was me. I walked in on a mission, explained what I needed, and Tyler immediately recognized I was on a time crunch. Within 15 minutes, I was paid, gift-wrapped, and out the door; seamless, efficient, and stress-free. Of course, building a relationship with your jeweler matters, but what impressed me most is how well they adapt to each customer. They meet you where you are and make you feel seen and respected. An impressive team and a standout experience. Highly recommend.

I can't begin to explain how exciting it was to work with Davis Jewelers. Ashley carefully listened to me as she designed a new setting from my original wedding set. She kept me updated at each step of the process and celebrated with me as we placed the new ring on my finger. Always treated with kindness and quickness to help by a staff who clearly enjoys working in this store. Thank you Ashley and team!

Terrific shopping experience at Davis Jewelers. Just picked up my new Rolex and couldn’t be happier. A shout out to Steve my salesman for helping me with my purchase from start to finish. Especially grateful for the high level of service he provided because my watch came in while I was overseas and he made everything run smooth.
