We had a fabulous family experience during the Halloween painting workshop. Although we arrived late, Dawn happily accommodated us in getting up to speed with the rest of the group and due to this, despite being total beginners, we took home with us a creative canvas which we were proud of. We will remember fondly our time spent at the studio - we fully enjoyed the class and we would definitely take part again in the future.

My wee girl goes here once a month for art class and absolutely loves it. Dawn is such a nice person that takes time with every child to work with them nothing is a hassle. Highly recommend if your young ones r into art. Also dawn's paintings r unreal wld love to purchase one 😉

I wanted a bespoke picture of Newcastle promenade for our stairway and was a bit nervous to commission. Dawn and Stephen made to process very easy, coming to our house to show sizes and styles and consolidating the brief. The hardest part was waiting for it to be finished. I am delighted with the picture and would recommend getting a bespoke painting from Dawn.

Love Dawns work so talented. Got a beautiful snail picture for Christmas pride of place in my living room!!! Very friendly and extremely helpful. Her husband couldn’t have been nicer sitting out framing for me. Great experience and I will definitely be back. Oh and I love your snail mat in the studio pity you can’t purchase them!!

Fabulous evening learning to paint a picture at Dawn Crothers studio off Belmont Road. Lovely glass of Prosecco to start and pizza mid evening. Very pleased and even got to bring our paintings home! Banksy look out!!
