OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I found them online March 2022 when I was looking for an USCIS certified translation services. The documents I sent in were originally in Arabic. Whenever I needed corrections they corrected them free of charge. THEY WILL RESPOND SAME DAY!!! Any translation I submitted was received in no more than 2-3 days, and in most instances sooner. One of the documents I submitted in 2022 needed a small change for USCIS reasons which we discovered today almost a year later when USCIS didnt like it and a year later I asked for that document to be edited and they have been in constant contact with me for the past three days! In some of my emails I was very persistent and probably came off very annoying, but their responses were always so polite and understanding to the sensitivity of my issue and really did everything they could to help me. Thank you for you translation services and exceptional customer service!!!!

I called into what I thought was the local office and they told me that she was just a CSR in another country. I asked if they actually have any local employees in Houston and she said no. I then asked why they list a local address and she was unable to explain why. Next, I asked how I could make an appointment with someone in Houston and she told me that I could not. In fact, I would need to go to their virtual office (a fancy term for essentially a post office box) and take my documents to the virtual office sales person and then give them to this third party who would them send them to only God know who. I was a little bit hesitant about using this company before because none of their reviews seemed to have come from anyone local. Seriously. take a look yourself! I just don't have any trust in this business. It seems like a huge front for something illegal. On a final note, I also checked the state directory of registered businesses. Again, no Day Translation there either. Don't just take my word for it. Call them. I personally can't trust this business.

I am truly impressed. I requested a quote from several online translation companies to translate my Grade Transcripts from university that I will have evaluated for equivalency according to American standards and the internet is flooded with options but the way Day Translations handled the quote, the way their website is set up and based on how fast they responded to my inquiries, made me choose them even when there were a few that would have charged me less.
