I rented for Thanksgiving holiday and mair legs wherever out, no one could sit in them and the table tops where unstable. You could not eat on them or place center pieces on them, they would go flying across the room. Didn't even get a refund. Pish posh don't waste your money. I almost fell on the floor.

We called DC Rental 3+ times to discuss our online order, which took 2+ hours to pull together and submit, for an upcoming Thanksgiving dinner for 20+ people at our home. A sales associate never followed up, despite several promises that one would do so. We did not have a big order (around $1,000) but it would seem that we are not important enough for DC Rental. It was really disappointing, so beware that the company does have its issues.

DC Rental is an outstanding rental company that consistently delivers both quality and service at the highest level. Their inventory is beautiful, well-curated, and always in excellent condition—everything you’d want to elevate a wedding or event design. I recently had the opportunity to work with Liz and Kathleen on an editorial shoot, and they were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. The rentals we selected were absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with how they elevated the overall design. While we worked primarily with our planners on rentals, we wanted to say how much we loved the selections provided by DC Rentals . Everything - from the chairs and tables to the linens, silverware, and place settings - was beautiful and perfectly suited to our vision. I worked with Jennifer at DC Rentals and it made me want to get married on a monthly basis. She was WONDERFUL to work with and I had such a great experience designing our wedding in six short weeks. She was so flexible working with me on FaceTime since I was on the west coast before my wedding. I couldn't be happier with how the design turned out and I would highly recommend DC Rentals (Jennifer especially!!) to anyone in the DC area.
