I rook in a free boxing class. I'm old, with little skill and less talent. DCS had amazing coaches that were helpful, not judgemental or critical, just encouraging. It was a wonderful experience, so I signed up for a 6 month membership on the spot. The facilities were clean and equipment was modern.

My husband decided to take up boxing and we ended up here. I grew up in East Phan, so it’s nice to come support the community. The trainers are welcoming the staff friendly. The gym is very clean and we look forward to going back!

Felt right at home. As a beginner i really enjoyed the introductory kickboxing session with Steven. Tempo seem to really be tailored towards me, instructions were clear, pad work was massive fun. You can tell from the very beginning that this school allows you to train at a really high level and pushing you hard, without being intimidating. Very much looking forward to the next sessions!

Been doing boxing classes at DCS for about 1 and a half months. And I can say hands down this is the best boxing gym in Vancouver, especially if you’re looking to compete. The coaches are world-class, no-BS, and push you to be the best you can ACTUALLY be. Overall the people and culture here are why I keep coming back. It is very hard to find such incredible coaches and such a strong brotherhood anywhere else.🥊🥊💪

I recently joined DCS to start kickboxing. From my very first session I felt completely at ease. There were lots of other women training, so I immediately felt more comfortable and confident. Every person I encountered was friendly and supportive. I loved the fact that the free trial was like a personalized session in a separate room to the main class. Their pricing is very competitive, and I signed up the following week. I am excited to try a couple of the other classes out too. So far so good 👌🏻
