via Google My husband and I recently just finished a full house renovation (with layout changes) with D&D Home Remodeling and we are so amazed with the result. After a long process of finding/meeting with different contractors, we are thankful that we have chosen this company. Dan and Daniel Z guided us with the process from finding us a place to stay during the renovation, recommendation on where to buy materials to stay on budget, weekly updates and walkthroughs on the progress, and suggestions to some areas where it needs attention.
The team has been very patient despite with all our demands, frequesnt changes and provided an exeptional job together with all the sub-contractors they brought to renovate our home. We are forever grateful with the result.

After meeting with several contractors, D&D immediately stood out. Ilay and Dan were professional, calm, and confident, and I felt from day one that they actually understood my project and how to handle all the challenges.
The renovation was not simple at all.
My place is on a high floor, the building has tight rules, and the logistics were complicated. But D&D made the entire process feel smooth. I really loved that they handled everything A to Z
Dealing with the city, managing permits, communicating with the building, and coordinating all stages. They even have their own engineering team, architect, and designer, so they created all the plans in-house.
That alone made the whole project so much easier for me.
Ilay and Dan kept me updated at every step, and their attention to detail showed in the final result. The place looks incredible, and the transformation honestly exceeded my expectations.
I’m extremely happy I chose D&D. If anyone is looking for a contractor who can manage a full renovation from start to finish without stress, I would highly recommend them!!

Jill Ewertvia Google Dan and all his employees and sub contractors were so nice and thorough. All the work is beautiful and safe. They had to move my wheel chair lift and then build a walkway to my door and stairs for the side opposite lift. They also replaced ro other sets of stairs and placed a beam where need to support carport roof after moving posts out so I could park in carport with more than one car. Dan worked within my budget as my funds are limited. I highly recommend D&D Home Remodeling.

Christopher Huntvia Google We hired D&D Remodeling for a complex project involving a chimney removal, mold remediation, a new gate, and a complete bathroom renovation. We appreciated that Dan had the connections to bring in the right people to tackle all the projects we had.
For example, the chimney removal required a structural engineer, framer, and stucco subcontractors to get the work done right. For the bathroom, Dan also brought in a designer who efficiently guided us through selecting tiles, cabinets, and finishes to achieve a great final aesthetic.
Dan's coordination made the entire process seamless. He handled every logistical detail, including all city coordination and the entire permitting process.
The work performed by the subcontractors was excellent. They were specialists in their fields--be it stucco, drywall, framing, or tile work--and they treated our home with respect and care throughout the project.
We are very satisfied with the results. Dan was consistently communicative and delivered high-quality work. We are grateful for how smoothly and competently the project was managed from start to finish.

I wanted an open glass wall connecting the bathroom to the bedroom, and they provided a talented designer who worked closely with Dan to make it happen. They suggested great ideas, like frosted glass for privacy and finishes that perfectly matched the bedroom’s style. Dan and his team were professional, detail-oriented, and kept everything on schedule. The result is a stunning, modern bathroom that’s both functional and luxurious. I couldn’t be happier !
