The interpreter was very nice but the office he worked for was very rude, he was helping with a patient of ours and they called our office to tell us he needed to leave immediately because he was only booked for an hour and he had another appointment. What they need to understand is the people he is interpreting for tend to ask more questions then planed. It is not up to us to just end an appointment and leave a patient to try and understand for themselves. Very bad business. not professional at all.

Some interpreters were not professional and DIS hire non certified interpreters. Not pleased.
