Our experience with Debonair Air Conditioning has been excellent. From the initial quotation to the completion of the work, everything was handled seamlessly and professionally. The Best AC Installation Company! I can't say enough good things about our recent AC installation with Debonair. The entire experience was incredibly easy and stress-free. After seeing their positive reviews online, we reached out and they promptly got back to us to set up a video consultation. Idin was fantastic. He walked us through everything, answering all our questions and providing excellent advice on the best unit placements and sizes for our home. The price is very reasonable and no hidden costs at all. The installation itself took three days and was led by a great team including Mostafa and Idin. They were always on time, polite, and very professional. On the final day, they worked incredibly hard until 8 p.m. to make sure everything was completed. They went above and beyond, helping us move our satellite dish so the outside unit can be put at a better place and travel for a longer distance to buy a pump to ensure our bedroom unit had a quiet, high-quality pump. When the job was done, they left the work areas spotless, so we didn't have to do any cleanup. The final result is fantastic—the AC units are quiet and all the pipes are neatly covered and holes are refilled, making for a clean, professional look. Great service from start to finish, we are out of the usual area so there was a lot of travel involved for the engineers. We had a multi split unit fitted and three air conditioners inside the house. The job was 4 days but I think a lot of that was due to travel time. There was no mess and barely any noise. I expected lots of disruption so that was a pleasant surprise. All the pipe work/wiring is very well hidden externally along the roofline and inside there is no evidence of any works. The survey was online which was quick and convenient. We couldn’t be happier with the service, the engineers were friendly, tidy and polite. Would definitely recommend Debonair they are very professional from start to finish, any enquiries were picked up and dealt with right away which always gives you confidence in a company. Thanks to all the team!

We just had two air conditioning units installed by Debonair and I couldn't be happier with the quality and service we received. I called them on the off-chance on a Saturday morning to obtain a quote and as Aria was in the area, he popped over within 20 minutes. He took time to explain the options and we had a very competitive quote in our inbox within the hour. 3 weeks later the team arrived promptly and installed the units. I can honestly say, I've never had a more professional team of tradespeople in my home. Everyone was very polite, professional and tidy! As we had two units installed, we had 4 engineers working all day to get the installation done within a day. I also had a couple of extra requests, such as, keeping my current outdoor plug for our outdoor lights which Mo (one of the engineers) fulfilled without any issues and he installed a separate power point for the cooling unit. The work was carried out to a very high-standard and the place was left spotless. I would recommend Debonair without hesitation and wish every company would provide such a high-standard. Very, very happy customer, thank you guys, we slept in a wonderfully cool room :-)
