Top-shelf service from start to finish. Each time we visited the showroom, we were warmly welcomed by our sales associate, Walter—truly a rare example of exceptional hospitality. He was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being overbearing. He took the time to understand our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate them. As we are in the process of building a new home, Walter was incredibly flexible, coordinating delayed delivery of our purchases and even extending white-glove delivery to our storage unit. That level of service is both impressive and appreciated. Thank you for the outstanding experience. It’s easy to see why Decorum Furniture has been in business since the mid-1970s. With an entire home still to furnish, we fully expect to be returning customers.
